Propagated Twiss functions of LHC modules
This was modelled on LHCPeriodicTwiss. It has an additional argument initialTwiss which is a set of rules specifying the initial conditions to be propagated. Although it is not strictly necessary for MAD, any rules that do not correspond to an option of the MAD TWISS command are dropped.
Reproduce the plots above using the cell periodic solutions as initial conditions.
