Optics for BGI and other instrumentation

This notebook treats a particular optics configuration. To treat another case, just make a copy of the notebook and redefine the following tag string before evaluating anything (it should be suitable for use as a directory name). Generally keep it in a new directory. Cells with a yellow background are key to defining the calculations.
